How does the subscription work?

Pick a plan, submit requests through your dashboard, and we build them one by one (or in parallel on higher tiers). You're billed monthly or yearly. Pause or cancel anytime with no penalty.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I pause?

Your billing stops immediately. Any in-progress work will be completed and delivered. Your queue, project files, and all history are preserved for when you resume. There's no time limit on pauses.

Do unused requests roll over?

Requests don't roll over between billing cycles. However, your active queue slots reset each cycle, and you can always have unlimited requests queued. They'll be worked on in order.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Yearly plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate and can be cancelled before renewal. We don't lock you in.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first delivery. If we can't meet your expectations, we'll refund your first month. After that, refunds are handled case by case. See our refund policy for full details.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate. The price shown on our pricing page reflects the effective monthly rate. You'll see the total annual cost before confirming.

How fast will I get my first delivery?

Most first deliveries ship within 2-3 business days depending on scope. Simple requests like bug fixes or content updates can ship same-day. Complex builds like full pages or multi-step features may take 3-5 days.

What counts as one request?

A request is a single deliverable: a page, a component, a bug fix, a performance audit, etc. If a request naturally breaks into sub-tasks, we'll split it in your queue and let you know.

Can I submit complex, multi-page projects?

Absolutely. Larger projects are broken into individual requests in your queue so you can track progress on each piece. We'll propose the breakdown and you approve before we start.

What if I need something urgent?

Growth and Business plans include priority slots. Enterprise plans get dedicated priority. You can also purchase add-on priority slots if you're on a lower tier.

What's the turnaround for revisions?

Most revisions are delivered within 24 hours. If your revision adds significant new scope, we'll flag it and confirm whether it should be a new request.

Our standard turnaround is based on business days (Mon-Fri). Enterprise plans can include weekend coverage if needed. Contact us for details.

What if I don't like the result?

Every delivery includes an approval gate. Request revisions until you're satisfied. There's no limit within the request scope. We won't mark a request as complete until you approve it.

Yes. Share your brand assets, style guides, Figma files, or a link to your existing site and we'll match your visual identity. We can also help establish brand guidelines if you don't have them yet.

Every build is fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop by default. We test on real devices and all major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your code lives in your GitHub repo. You keep everything. Dashboard data (request history, comments) is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export it anytime before that.
